Please join us for a mid-summer Reading Invasion taking place on Monday July 24th at 7pm. 

We’ll be announcing the location and more details soon. Please mark your calendars, get your summer reading together, and let your friends know about the next Invasion!

Buffalo Friends:

The June 2017 Reading Invasion date and location has been announced. We are kicking things off on Tuesday June 13th at 7pm in Bidwell Parkway–on the Talking Leaves/Aroma side of the street.

The reading begins at 7pm. All are welcome. Just bring something to read, something to sit on, and a friend (though you of course can come by yourself)

If you haven’t been to an Invasion before, the idea is simple: Participants bring something to read and “invade” one of our many beautiful public spaces around Buffalo. This isn’t a book club; just a time to come together, to enjoy the act of reading, and to remind our fellow Buffalonians that reading is an essential element in the many of our lives.
